Using the hole, dip and pull out a large amount of 1,2 step lotion. Using a fine and soft brush, brush and organize eyebrow hair to your preferred direction. Exclusively selected one RIGHT brush out of countless brushes. We've tried to match with ENTROPY eyebrow lift perm formula.

Q. How many uses are available per box? A. Depending on the amount used, it can be used an average of 5-6 times. Q. How long does it last? A. Depending on the amount used, it lasts an average of 2-3 weeks. With proper grooming and nourishment (using Brow and Lash Booster Serum), it can last up to 4 weeks. Q. When can I reuse it? A. To minimize damage, it is recommended to wait at least 2 weeks before the next treatment. Q. I have sensitive skin, is it okay to use? A. Tough Brow Lift Perm is certified for low irritation in skin irritation tests. However, depending on individual skin characteristics, there may be allergic/sensitive reactions, so it is recommended to check the ingredients beforehand and conduct a patch test before use. Q. Can I use it if I'm pregnant/breastfeeding? A. Tough Brow Lift Perm has completed skin irritation tests, but since it contains perm ingredients, sensitive use during pregnancy/breastfeeding is not recommended. Q. The content of Step 1 is pink, is it defective? A. This is a natural phenomenon caused by slight air contact during the product manufacturing process. It does not affect the product's effectiveness or efficacy, so please use it with confidence.
How to use
1. Wash thoroughly to clear off the oil and moisture. 2. Apply appropriate amount of 1st step lotion on the eyebrow using brush. Spread the lotion to fix and organize the hair. 3. Brush eyebrow hair to preferred direction. 4. After 8 minutes, thoroughly clean off 1st step lotion with cotton pad and wet tissue. 5. As 1st step lotion applied, 2nd goes same and wait for 8 minutes. 6. After 8 minutes, thoroughly clean off 2nd step lotion with cotton pad and wet tissue. 7. Using brush enclosed, brush eyebrow hair to the preferred direction.
TIP
1. For the sensitive skin types, before using it, apply Vaseline or lip balm to thinly coat around the application area. 2. Its result can be different depending on the thickness of individuals' eyebrow hair. If you struggle to find the right amount and time, try a small and short amount and time to find your own best result.

Where we ship from
Unless a product page is marked “EU stock”, orders are shipped directly from our partner warehouse in South Korea.
1) Shipping fees

Shipping is charged per order, not per item.

If your order ships in multiple parcels, you pay the shipping fee only once.

Remote-area surcharges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
2) Order processing time

We process orders within 0–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding German and Korean public holidays).

Pre-orders, backorders or carrier issues can add time; we’ll notify you if we foresee delays.

K-Packet (postal): 2–3 weeks
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier capacity and peak seasons. Tracking will be provided when available.
4) Customs & import taxes (DAP)

You are the importer of record and are responsible for any import VAT, customs duty and clearance/brokerage fees charged in your country.

5) Address accuracy & delivery issues
Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address and ensure someone can receive the parcel.

If a parcel is returned due to refusal, non-collection, wrong/incomplete address or other recipient-side issues, we can re-ship after you pay the re-shipping cost plus any return/customs charges billed to us.

If you prefer to cancel instead of re-shipping, we’ll handle it under our Returns & Withdrawal Policy once the parcel has arrived back at our warehouse. Your statutory EU rights (14-day withdrawal) remain unaffected.
6) Damage, loss or wrong item
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 14 days if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to applicable consumer law.
7) Split shipments
To speed up delivery, we may ship items separately at no extra shipping cost to you.
8) Dangerous goods & restrictions
Some items (e.g., alcohol-based perfumes, aerosols) may be restricted for air transport to certain countries or by certain methods. If this affects your order, we’ll contact you to propose alternatives or a refund.

Refund policy
Right to withdraw (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods (for split deliveries: of the last good).

Effects of withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard type of delivery), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. The refund is made using the same means of payment, unless otherwise agreed; no fees will be charged for the refund.
Returning the goods
Please send back the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods (parcel post). For items classified as dangerous goods (e.g. perfumes/flammable liquids), please contact us to receive carrier-compliant return instructions; you still bear the return cost.
Condition of returned goods
Please handle items only as you would in a shop. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and were unsealed after delivery (this may include certain cosmetics);

goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

digital gift cards once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement of losing the right of withdrawal.
(Statutory warranty rights in case of defects remain unaffected.)
