Import duties, taxes (including VAT), and any customs clearance fees are paid by the buyer. Charges are set by your country’s customs office and vary by destination and order value. For accurate estimates, please check your local customs website or contact your customs authority. These fees may be collected by the courier at delivery.

Shipping is charged per order, not per individual product.

5) Customs, Duties & Taxes

The importer (customer) is responsible for any customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and any additional fees related to customs clearance in the destination country.

K-Packet is a lightweight service from Korea Post under the Universal Postal Union. It’s more affordable but slower than Express and doesn’t include customs clearance or dedicated customer support. For faster, full-service delivery, choose Express.

Sometimes we upgrade shipments to Express due to weight or other factors. Express is faster and includes better service. If the cost difference on our end is minimal, we’ll upgrade you at no extra charge.

Returns

Please provide:

  • A photo of the shipping waybill
  • A photo of the entire box with the waybill attached
  • A photo of the full product in question

Keep the original box and waybill—they may be required for return or investigation.

Damage to the outer shipping box or packaging alone isn’t considered product damage. If the item itself is unharmed, it isn’t eligible as a damaged product.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs (both ways), as well as any warehousing/storage charges, customs duties and taxes, and carrier-imposed fees. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
