Refund policy
Right to withdraw (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract withinΒ 14 daysΒ without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expiresΒ 14 days after the day you, or a third party other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goodsΒ (for split deliveries: of the last good).

Effects of withdrawal

We may withhold reimbursementΒ until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. Returning the goods
Please send back the goodsΒ without undue delay and in any event within 14 daysΒ from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goodsΒ (parcel post). For items classified as dangerous goods (e.g. perfumes/flammable liquids), please contact us to receive carrier-compliant return instructions; you still bear the return cost.
Condition of returned goods
Please handle items only as you would in a shop. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.Β
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal doesΒ notΒ apply to:

sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and were unsealed after deliveryΒ (this may include certain cosmetics);
