We believe that the most important step in skin care is cleansing. If skin waste and sebum are not washed thoroughly and allowed to accumulate in the pores, they can cause skin inflammation. The role of cleansing oil is to help remove waste from the skin through gently dissolving and emulsifying wastes. We, team BOJ has been testing numerous products available on the market for a long time to find the right oil as a base ingredient for our cleansing oil. We chose Glycine Soja oil as a base because we found it's the lightest yet effective to remove skin dirt, sebum and makeup residue. This cleansing oil also contains ginseng seed oil that offers subtle grassy scent to present more calm and peaceful cleansing time. Deep cleansing Soybean oil is used as the base ingredient to gently dissolve dirt, waste, and makeup residues that accumulate on the skin. Micellar cleansing technology Micellar is a particle composed of water and oil. When it comes into contact with the skin, the oil molecules attract and absorb waste and makeup residues like a magnet, while supplying moisture deep inside the skin.
How to use
1. After pumping cleansing oil 1-2 times, gently massage onto a dry face. 2. Then gently rinse with lukewarm water and cleanse with a foam cleanser once again.

Shipping & Return policy (Komiko Beauty)
Where we ship from
Unless a product page is marked “EU stock”, orders are shipped directly from our partner warehouse in South Korea.
1) Shipping fees

Shipping is charged per order, not per item.

If your order ships in multiple parcels, you pay the shipping fee only once.

Remote-area surcharges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
2) Order processing time

We process orders within 0–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding German and Korean public holidays).

Pre-orders, backorders or carrier issues can add time; we’ll notify you if we foresee delays.
3) Delivery options & estimates (include processing time)

K-Packet (postal): 2–3 weeks
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier capacity and peak seasons. Tracking will be provided when available.
4) Customs & import taxes (DAP)
For shipments from South Korea, delivery is DAP – Delivered at Place:

You are the importer of record and are responsible for any import VAT, customs duty and clearance/brokerage fees charged in your country.

These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fee.

5) Address accuracy & delivery issues
Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address and ensure someone can receive the parcel.

If a parcel is returned due to refusal, non-collection, wrong/incomplete address or other recipient-side issues, we can re-ship after you pay the re-shipping cost plus any return/customs charges billed to us.

If you prefer to cancel instead of re-shipping, we’ll handle it under our Returns & Withdrawal Policy once the parcel has arrived back at our warehouse. Your statutory EU rights (14-day withdrawal) remain unaffected.
6) Damage, loss or wrong item
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 14 days if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to applicable consumer law.
7) Split shipments
To speed up delivery, we may ship items separately at no extra shipping cost to you.
8) Dangerous goods & restrictions
Some items (e.g., alcohol-based perfumes, aerosols) may be restricted for air transport to certain countries or by certain methods. If this affects your order, we’ll contact you to propose alternatives or a refund.

Refund policy
Right to withdraw (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods (for split deliveries: of the last good).

Effects of withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard type of delivery), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. The refund is made using the same means of payment, unless otherwise agreed; no fees will be charged for the refund.
Returning the goods
Please send back the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods (parcel post). For items classified as dangerous goods (e.g. perfumes/flammable liquids), please contact us to receive carrier-compliant return instructions; you still bear the return cost.
Condition of returned goods
Please handle items only as you would in a shop. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and were unsealed after delivery (this may include certain cosmetics);
-
goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
-
digital gift cards once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement of losing the right of withdrawal.
(Statutory warranty rights in case of defects remain unaffected.)

If you want a different item, please place a new order and return the original under the rules above.
