Q&A
Q. How many uses are available per box? A. Each box contains 6 packets of powder and 1 tube of cream. Since one packet of powder is measured for one use, you can use it a total of 6 times. Q. How long does the color last after one dyeing session? A. On average, the color lasts for about 4 weeks after one use. It is recommended not to perform other dyeing/perming treatments during this period. Q. How can I adjust the color myself? A. From a soft brown color to a light golden brown, the hair color will lighten within approximately 1 minute after applying brow bleach. However, the lightening effect may vary depending on individual hair condition, thickness, time, and temperature, so we recommend performing a patch test on a small, inconspicuous area of hair before use. Q. Can I use it on sensitive skin? A. Brow bleach has undergone skin irritation tests and is suitable for sensitive skin. We have carefully considered even sensitive skin types.
How to use

Cut 1st powder of 1 product with scissors and pour it into the lid of the 2nd product cream. At this time, be extra careful not to let the powder fly into your eyes.

Pump the second cream to the star mark on the lid and mix it in the ratio of 1(powder) : 3(cream). *When mixing the 1st and 2nd agents, mix them using a cotton swab or mix them well with the included eyebrow comb. At this time, the eyebrow comb can be used multiple times, so please wipe it clean after using it and store it. * The part marked on the lid is the average capacity recommended for entropy makeup to be used once, and we recommend you to increase or decrease the capacity according to your hair.

Bleach it on the area you want and apply it for about a minute. (If you have sensitive skin, coat the area with Vaseline or lip balm.) *CAUTION!! At this time, bleaching colors by time may vary depending on individual simulation, thickness, neglect time, and temperature, so we recommend that you test the ends of invisible hair before bleaching and check the bleaching time that suits you. *TIP Apply enough to the inside so that the tip of the eyebrow simulation (hair root) can be bleached.

After about a minute, remove the cream lightly and check the color of your bleached eyebrows. If the color you want comes out, wipe it clean with a wet tissue. If it's not completely bleached, leave it a little longer and wipe it clean. (At this time, do not exceed the maximum time of 3 minutes. Please be extra careful not to get it in your eyes when wiping off.)

Use a multi-use eyebrow comb to tidy up your eyebrows. *It lasts up to 4 weeks for one use, and we recommend that you use it 4 weeks apart from all other treatments, including re-treatment or eyebrow lift perm. If you apply simulated moisture and nutrition with Brow & Lash Booster Serum after using the product, you can take care of it more healthily.

Where we ship from
Unless a product page is marked “EU stock”, orders are shipped directly from our partner warehouse in South Korea.
1) Shipping fees

Shipping is charged per order, not per item.

If your order ships in multiple parcels, you pay the shipping fee only once.

5) Address accuracy & delivery issues
Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address and ensure someone can receive the parcel.

If a parcel is returned due to refusal, non-collection, wrong/incomplete address or other recipient-side issues, we can re-ship after you pay the re-shipping cost plus any return/customs charges billed to us.

If you prefer to cancel instead of re-shipping, we’ll handle it under our Returns & Withdrawal Policy once the parcel has arrived back at our warehouse. Your statutory EU rights (14-day withdrawal) remain unaffected.
6) Damage, loss or wrong item
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 14 days if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to applicable consumer law.
7) Split shipments
To speed up delivery, we may ship items separately at no extra shipping cost to you.
8) Dangerous goods & restrictions
Some items (e.g., alcohol-based perfumes, aerosols) may be restricted for air transport to certain countries or by certain methods. If this affects your order, we’ll contact you to propose alternatives or a refund.

Refund policy
Right to withdraw (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods (for split deliveries: of the last good).

Effects of withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard type of delivery), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. The refund is made using the same means of payment, unless otherwise agreed; no fees will be charged for the refund.
Returning the goods
Please send back the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods (parcel post). For items classified as dangerous goods (e.g. perfumes/flammable liquids), please contact us to receive carrier-compliant return instructions; you still bear the return cost.
Condition of returned goods
Please handle items only as you would in a shop. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and were unsealed after delivery (this may include certain cosmetics);

goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

digital gift cards once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement of losing the right of withdrawal.
