This toner helps calm the skin and restore water-oil balance inside the skin with houttuynia cordata, cica and licorice root extract. Lightweight texture that helps smoothen and hydrates the skin. Low pH formula that has completed the non-comedogenic test with a 0.0 irritation rate. Formulated with herb ingredients that helps purify for a clearer skin.

How to use

After cleansing, apply a proper amount onto the skin and gently pat to let absorb.
