How to use

After cleansing, use either your hands or a cotton pad to gently pat over your face and neck

Soak a cotton pad with the toner and gently pat it on your skin. Using cotton pads will help gently exfoliate, remove excess sebum, making your skin smoother and softer Soak a cotton pad with toner and place it on dry, blemished, or irritated area, such as the cheeks and forehead. Leave it on for 3 to 5 minutes to provide concentrated nourishment to areas of need
